This Privacy Policy describes how Fathom Grids (the "app"), released by linconsul.com, processes information. It is applicable to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Fathom Grids neither gathers, stores nor transmits any personal data to linconsul.com or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, includes no analytics, and does not incorporate third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and contains no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature requires them, and any information involved is processed locally on the device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All information saved by the app stays on your device, does not leave it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. In jurisdictions where the legal age for digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact naima7diallo@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or distribute personal information.
Because no data is collected, erasing it simply involves uninstalling the app. Requests sent via email will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe, up to 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you email us, your message is used solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
